In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing habi88.app, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and habi88. If you access or use the habi88 platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and by accepting these Terms you do so on their behalf.

habi88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to use the habi88 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are accessing the habi88 platform for personal, recreational use only and not on behalf of any commercial entity.
• You are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of habi88, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded or had an account suspended on the habi88 platform for any reason that has not been formally resolved.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as a nominee or agent of any third party.

habi88 reserves the right to request documentation at any time to verify your eligibility, including but not limited to government-issued identification (KTP, SIM, or passport), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one habi88 account. Opening, maintaining, or operating more than one account — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• A unique username.
• A valid email address that you own and have access to.
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number.
• A password meeting habi88's minimum security requirements.

You agree to keep your registration information current and accurate at all times. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

habi88 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an Account at its reasonable discretion without stating a reason, subject to refunding any eligible real-money balance in accordance with these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share, disclose, or transfer your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

habi88 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from habi88 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All activities carried out through your account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — are deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify habi88 support immediately and change your password without delay. habi88 accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to exercise reasonable care in protecting your credentials.

habi88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This optional security feature requires a one-time verification code in addition to your password at each login, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorised access.

All deposits to your habi88 account are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). habi88 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply any currency conversion at the point of deposit. The following deposit methods are supported:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallet: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. habi88 does not charge any deposit processing fee. Processing times are immediate for all supported channels during normal operating conditions. habi88 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.

habi88 reserves the right to impose deposit limits at the platform level or at the individual account level for responsible gaming, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance purposes. Members may also voluntarily set personal deposit limits via their account settings at any time.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the habi88 Cashier. habi88 processes withdrawals to the same bank account or e-wallet channel used for the Member's most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawal account must be registered in the same name as the habi88 account holder.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• habi88 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Any fees levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Member.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 15 minutes for bank transfer channels and under 5 minutes for e-wallet channels, measured from the time the request is approved by habi88's compliance team.
• Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification prior to processing. habi88 reserves the right to request identity documentation before approving any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. Any portion of a balance subject to an incomplete wagering requirement will be withheld from the withdrawal until the requirement is fully met.

habi88 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests that are subject to ongoing fraud investigations, KYC review, or where the platform reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Member will be notified and given the opportunity to provide any required information or documentation.

habi88 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, or Indonesian Independence Day. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

General bonus conditions that apply to all habi88 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Members who have completed the minimum required deposit for the relevant promotion.
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for all bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. Bonus funds must be fully wagered before any part of the balance may be withdrawn.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to meeting the stated wagering requirement.
• habi88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to hedging bets across outcomes, low-risk wagering to clear requirements, or coordinated bonus farming — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the habi88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one habi88 account or operating an account under a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — whether in games, payment flows, or bonus systems — to obtain credits, winnings, or advantages to which you are not entitled. Any such gains are immediately void and recoverable by habi88.
• Colluding with other players or coordinating wagers to manipulate the outcome of any game, including but not limited to poker, Sakong, or Bandar Ceme tables.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising tool to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Charging back any deposit made to your habi88 account via your bank or payment provider. Any chargeback initiated by a Member is treated as fraudulent and will result in permanent account closure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing habi88 staff or other Members through any channel.

All content on the habi88 platform — including but not limited to the habi88 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of habi88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the habi88 platform for personal, non-commercial, recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any habi88 content.
• Use any habi88 trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape any portion of the habi88 platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the platform.

The habi88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, habi88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.

habi88 shall not be liable to any Member for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings arising from platform downtime, game errors, or connectivity failures.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Loss or corruption of data stored in connection with your account.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to exercise reasonable care in protecting your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by the Member's bank, e-wallet provider, or any third-party payment processor.

Where habi88's liability cannot be excluded by law, habi88's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

habi88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• A court order, regulatory requirement, or law enforcement request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Duplicate account detection.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, habi88 will temporarily freeze the account balance. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, habi88 reserves the right to forfeit any or all of the account balance. If no breach is established, the balance will be returned to the Member in full.

A Member may request account closure at any time by contacting habi88 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonuses subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within 5 business days.

habi88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The platform provides the following tools, available to all Members at no cost via the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly Rupiah deposit caps on your account. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; limit reductions are effective immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum daily or weekly gaming session duration. The platform will log you out automatically when the limit is reached.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a cooling-off period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account is suspended and you will not receive any promotional communications. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which habi88 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.

habi88 does not acknowledge the applicability of any other legal system to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable Indonesian law to the extent those rights cannot be excluded by contract.

habi88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. All amendments take effect immediately upon publication at habi88.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Revised" date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect each revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the habi88 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
